Deptt. of Food & Supplies, Govt. of West Bengal se suchna di gayee hai ki yeh sangjuktikaran ka kaam 4 tarike se aap kar paoge.......toh aaiye jaan lete hai kaun kaun sa hai yeh chaaron tarike.
1) You can link your Ration card with Aadhaar online...jiska process aapko main
yeh joe charon tarike hai woh baatane ke baad baataunga,
2) Nearest Bangla Sahayata Kendra mein jaa karke….you have to go to the nearest Bangla Sahayata Kendra with your Ration card, Aadhaar card and Mobile number aur operator ko aapna Aadhaar no. ke saath Mobile number dete hi aapka yeh joe link ka kaam woh ho jayega,
3) Ration Shop…. aap apna joe ration dukaan hai wohi pe bhi jaake yeh kaam kar sakte hai…. Ration dealer can also link your Ration card with Aadhaar and Mobile number with the help of e-POS machine,

Khadya daftar ki paridarshak ka office se…… yahaan pad aapko apne paas 11no.

sakte hai nehi toh is office se bhi aap ko mil sakta hai. Now you have to
correctly fill-up the form and submit it with your Aadhaar card photocopy yaani

For that, now you have to type food.wb.gov.in in the search bar at the top of the screen and click the link below or press enter...a new page of Deptt of Food & Supplies, Govt of West Bengal will open...….agar aap baaya tadaf dekhoge toh dekh paoge is deptt ka services ka lists unmein se aapko Ration Card ke option ke upar mouse cursor rakhna hoga...rakhtehi aapko uski daaya tadaf kuch options dikhega jinmein se aapko Apply Online ko chun lena hai …...iske upar cursor rakhtehi iske daaya tadaf kuch options dekhne ko milega….. unmein se aapko Apply For Updation of Mobile Number And Aadhaar Card For Existing Ration Cards (Form-11) ke upar click kar dena hai…..ek naya page open ho jayega jahaan pad aap ko apna Mobile number enter karna hoga…. Mobile number enter karne ke baad you have to click on GET OTP …..ek OTP jayega usi no. pad, now you have to enter that OTP over there and click on PROCEED…….a new page will open where you have to select your Ration Card Category….for that you have to click on the down arrow to open the drop down list and select your category, viz. RKSY-II, RKSY-I, etc…. category chunne ke baad aapko abhi apna Ration card no. enter kar dena hai and click on SEARCH …….. search pe click kartehi a new page will open where you have to enter your Family details….at first you have to enter Aadhaar card no, then enter your Name as per Aadhaar...iske baad Category, joe aap abhi abhi select kiye hai, jaise ki RKSY-II, iske baad Aadhaar Card ka image file upload kar dena hai and it must be under 100kb, is file ko aapko pehle see hi apna PC mein tayaar karke rakhna hoga aur isko upload karne ke liye you have to click on Choose File button and select the Aadhaar card image file from your pc and click on Open..... then enter the Date of Birth in dd/mm/yyyy format...aisa karke aapka joe family hai uska ek ek karke details yahaan pad bhar dena hai.
Iske baad aap ko apna Address details bharna hoga….….jaise ki Flat/House No….uske baad Street/Lane Name…..if you have any Nearby Landmark you can enter over there ….after that an Address box is there but you don't have to fill this field as it already filled up as per record….then you have to enter the PIN Code followed by Post Office and Police Station from their drop down list.
Now you have to enter ur Communication Details ….. yahaan aapko Secondary Mobile Number deni hai…...uske baad you have to put on your Whatsapp No. and tick the check box accordingly as Primary or Secondary.......jaise ki agar aapka WhatsApp no regd. Mobile number se milti hai toh aap Primary select kijiyega aur agar Whatsapp number secondary number se milta hai toh aap yahan Secondary select kijiyega and at last you have to enter Email address and click on NEXT…...but one thing you should remember before clicking on Next is that you will not be able to make any changes to any details of your application after you submit….yaani submit karne ke baad aap koi bhi details change nehi kar paoge...now you have to Tick the check box to agree and then click on NEXT.....a new page will open showing you all details finally….you can add Supplementary Document also in support of your application….now tick the check box to agree and click on PROCEED... another new page will open where you have to tick the check box to declare that all the data and documents uploaded are true…. check box ko tick karke GET OTP pad click kar dena hai aur finally ekbaar phir aapka mobile number pad ek OTP jayega jisko aapko enter karke SUBMIT OTP ke upar click kar dena hai…….click kartehi aap dekh paoge ki aap joe Ration Card ke saath Aadhaar aur Mobile Number updation ke liye apply kiyethe woh successfully submitted ho chuke hai... now you can log in to your online account with your Mobile number such and such and check your application status anytime.
